Hi all! I've wanted to start a household blog for a while now, but with Rich going back to NI in January, I feel like this is the start of a new way of life for us. I won't start posting in earnest until after the new year. I just wanted to get a first post up, get my head into it. We've talked about both of us posting, but I suspect it will be mainly me.
I look forward to blogging again. I haven't done much (if any) since Facebook entered my life. I'm also really looking forward to having the house to myself during the workday. I've discovered a lot about my functional needs over the past 4 years. And one of those is that I work better without someone else in my space. My grandmother has commented on that over the years with having been a farm wife. I'll ponder that more as the months progress.
